I'm Mike Deliberto, founder of True Meridian Advisory.
I've spent my career where technology meets high-stakes operations—leading IT for a $550M risk management and business continuity SaaS company, running information security for a proprietary trading firm, and building infrastructure for large school districts where the budget was never enough and failure wasn't an option.
I also serve as an Infantry officer in the U.S. Army National Guard, including a deployment to Afghanistan. The military taught me that ground truth matters more than comfortable assumptions—a principle that carries directly into how I approach IT assessment.
